TOP JOB awards
Queisser Pharma has been awarded with the “TOP JOB” award several times for being one of the best medium-sized employers in Germany. In this national, sector-spanning comparison of different companies, the Institute for Leadership and Human Resources Management at the University of St. Gallen carries out a scientifically-based employee survey.
Training company of the year
In 2012/2013, Queisser Pharma was honoured with the accolade of Training Company of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Every two years, Flensburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) honours companies in the local region with the title of IHK Training Company of the Year. The jury consists of members of the IHK voluntary service, business representatives, institutes and universities as well as young people.
Total E-Quality
Awarded with the TOTAL E-QUALITY 2008, 2011, 2014 and 2017 seal of quality for a gender-blind equal opportunities personnel policy. This also proves that the company is dedicated to achieving a work / life balance for its employees. This award demonstrates that gender-blind equality of opportunity forms an active part of the culture of our company.
The Großer Preis des Mittelstandes
Queisser was a finalist in 2010, and winner in 2011 of the Großer Preis des Mittelstandes (Grand Prize for Small and Medium Businesses) which is awarded by the Oscar-Patzelt Foundation.
The Oscar-Patzelt Foundation, which hosts the Grand Prize for Small and Medium Businesses each year throughout Germany, complimented Queisser Pharma for its excellent business development and performance on the one hand, and its social commitment to the region on the other. The jury was particularly impressed by the excellent in-house training on offer at Queisser as well as its commitment to charitable voluntary work in Schleswig Holstein on the basis of the annual Queisser Junior Prize.
Business prize of Schleswig-Holstein
In 2009, Queisser Pharma was awarded the Business Prize of the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein (Wirtschaftspreis Schleswig-Holstein) for its successful approach to human resources management. “For superb engagement in the development of successful models for securing the need for qualified staff”.
